Mr. Ashe is retired from the computer and communications industry. He is a board member and director of the Columbine Kiwanis Club of Littleton, Colorado. He has been a scout leader for more than 30 years and has served as youth coach, board member and referee for the American Youth Soccer Organization and as a coach and umpire for the Amateur Softball Association. He served in the US Navy for six years and attended Northwestern University. He is married and the father of eight.
