Emergency Medical & Ambulance Transportation Services
West Metro Fire Protection District provides emergency medical services and ambulance transportation to our citizens and others within the District in conjunction with a 911 response. With nine staffed ambulances, the District's charge for transportation services includes:

• Base fee
• Mileage covered
• Supplies and skills used

Ensuring Accurate Billing
The District bills ambulance patients and their insurance providers for transportation to local hospitals. The District’s goal is to bill these fees for service appropriately to cover the cost of EMS response, thereby reducing the tax burden of the District’s citizens.
