Family Fire Muster - Saturday, August 21, 2010
Join West Metro Fire Rescue for the 16th Family Fire Muster on August 21, 2010! This FREE family event is a premier family event in Jefferson County. More than a dozen participating emergency and health agencies will be joining West Metro Fire Fighters for a day of fun. Kids get the chance to be a fire fighter for a day while learning valuable life saving lessons. Hands on activities give families the chance to practice escaping from a smoke-filled room; properly fit a bike helmet and life jacket; learn to keep children away from matches and lighters; and a whole lot more!

Free stuffed animals to the first 1,000 children who visit the Teddy Bear Clinic.
More than a dozen other health and safety agencies will also be on hand with free giveaways and valuable information.
Bring a picnic lunch or purchase a BBQ lunch from Texas Roadhouse for $3. T-shirts will also be available for sale ($10 benefitting the event).
Please, no pets allowed.
