West Metro Fire Rescue Permit Applications

West Metro Fire Rescue specific applications are updated regularly. Please be sure you are using the latest version for submittal.

These applications can also be found on the Main Page of your Contractor Portal. A completed West Metro Fire Permit Application is required to be uploaded wth the other submittal documents of the Contractor Portal Permit Request Form. Please choose the application that best describes your scope of work. The applications also have checklist items specific to the scope of work being performed to help the applicant determine what is required for submittal.
