Mobile Intregrated Healthcare

West Metro's mobile integrated healthcare (MIH) program delivers the right care to the right person at the right time by treating patients in their own homes, reducing the cost of care, and helping citizens navigate the often complicated and confusing world of medicine.

The MIH team is dispatched through a call to 911, and arrives in our Advanced Resource Medic (ARM Car for short). The ARM Car responds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is staffed with an advanced care paramedic and either a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner.

Their mission is to expertly deliver the care the patient needs, usually right in their own home.
