Saturday April 25 is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

Translation: it’s time to play “What exactly is this bottle from 2019 doing in my medicine cabinet?”

Unused or expired medications can be dangerous if they end up in the wrong hands, are taken by accident, or are misused.

On this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., take those old prescriptions to a Take Back Day collection site for safe disposal. Drop them off and cross one more thing off your list.

Please note: needles, sharps, and syringes are not accepted.

Clean out the cabinet. Protect your family. Keep medications out of the wrong hands.
